We are based in Roseburg, Oregon, and currently serve patients living in numerous states across the country. All of our visits are conducted remotely – all you need is an internet-connected computer, laptop, iPad, or cellphone with a working camera and microphone.
What Else You Need to Know
Our regular office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Intimate Health Telemedicine in Roseburg, Oregon, and they will contact us.
At Intimate Health Telemedicine, we accept Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. If your insurance plan requires you pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards – and payment is due at the time of service.

If during your telehealth visit with family nurse practitioner Sharon Zell a specialist evaluation or diagnostic testing that requires a referral is suggested, we will make every effort to provide this for you as soon as possible.
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Intimate Health Telemedicine are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). You can make your request by calling our office at (541) 315-8338.
Refills are generally not issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the providers may not have access to all your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
